Hearing preparation matters. Many attorneys may meet with you one time to discuss your case, and then see you again at the hearing office about half an hour before court. (If you have an out-of-town attorney you will most likely not even meet them before the day of your hearing.)
We know that thoroughly preparing our clients to testify has a major effect on their case.
We hold several practice hearings where we pretend to be the judge who will hear your case, providing you with feedback along the way.
Provide you with sample questions to take home and give you homework assignments that will help you at your hearing.
Discuss any red flags in your case so you have time to think about your response ahead of time before being put on the spot at your hearing.
